SHIPPING / DELIVERY
When you place an order with Boulevard Carts, you will receive an email confirming your order. Boulevard Carts will follow up with another email letting you know that your order has been shipped and how to track the shipments status.
We do not ship outside of the 48 contiguous US states.
Definitions & Clarifications for Freight
Standard Freight: All items packaged and sent via standard carrier with no oversized/weight charges.
Standard+ Freight: Parcel shipments that exceed weight and/or dimensional thresholds for size. Most items are still able to move in the parcel network, but some items may ship LTL that exceed certain thresholds requirements.
Non-Standard Freight: Typically LTL loads and some oversized/weight items sent UPS.
Free Freight Thresholds: Do not apply to international orders and are subject to change.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING / DELIVERY
We do not ship internationally.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please call customer service in advance to obtain an RMA number. The product must be in new condition, never installed and returned in the unopened original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise.
