Step 1
The Breakdown
Remove (4) rear grab bar bolts (Fig.001)
Remove both rear fender flares – if equipped (Fig.002)
Remove (5) bolts holding rear platform cover on (Fig.003)
Remove (2) bolts holding rear platform frame to rear arm supports (Fig.003)
Remove (4) bolts holding rear platform frame to chassis (Fig.004)
Remove rear platform frame from cart (Fig.005)
Step 2
The Modification
Center template on backside of rear platform frame (Fig.001)
Reinstall platform cover to frame, tighten all bolts (5) (Fig.002)
Sub-assemble hitch and bracket assembly (as shown) using (4) M8x25mm bolts, (4) M8 lock nuts (8) flat washers. Leave all bolts finger tight. (Fig.003)
Reinstall rear grab bar upper bolts only, using (2) 1/8” washers as spacers between grab bar and platform frame, leave loose. (Fig.004)
Slide hitch assembly into place between grab bar and platform frame, insert saved lower bolts into holes, leave finger tight. (Fig.005)
Using supplied (2) M8x40mm bolts, (2) lock nuts, and (4) flat washers; install the larger bracket onto the rear platform frame and tighten. (Fig.006)
Step 4
The QC
(Fig.001)
Tighten grab bar bolts (4)
Tighten hitch assembly to adapter brackets (4) bolts
Tighten platform frame to chassis (4) bolts
Tighten platform frame to rear armrest supports (2) bolts
Reinstall fender flares (if equipped) – DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN
