Our 3800 sq. ft. facility is based out of Almont, Michigan. It includes 5 service bays, 3 build bays, CNC Plasma, welders, and now offering Custom Powder Coating. We build, maintain, and service carts from single units to fleets.

Boulevard Carts offers pickup and delivery services for those who don’t have access to a trailer or just simply don’t have the time to bring their cart to us. Don’t worry, we’ll come get it and bring it back.

Searching for a reliable team to service your companies carts? From 2-200+, we have your fleet covered! Contracting companies, hospitals, entertainment venues, corporations, plants, and even… golf courses! Already have a mechanical team? We offer bulk/fleet discounts on parts purchases as well.
AUDIO INSTALLATION
From simple sound bar installations, to a full-blown stereo, we do it all. All wires are tediously tucked and hidden for a super clean, reliable installation. If you want some tunes to roll around the neighborhood with, or if you’d rather be heard before you’re seen… give us a call.
MAINTENANCE
One of the most overlooked parts of owning a golf cart is regular maintenance. Oil changes, axle services, brakes, suspension, batteries, electrical connections and wires all need to be inspected and serviced by a professional. We have competitive pricing for all of our premium services.
SUSPENSION
Lifted? Lowered? The suspension system on your golf cart can be one of the biggest decisions in the styling of a custom golf cart. Some like them low, with big wheels, some like them over-the-top tall to stand above the crowd. Whatever your style, we can achieve the look you desire. Being that your cart literally rides on the suspension at all times, its critical to have quality components installed. At Boulevard Carts, we only install high quality suspension kits.
Attention: We WILL NOT install spindle lift kits due to their poor design and lack of performance
LIGHTING
Lighting can be very important for safety, legality, and equally as important – showing off around town. We install basic and street legal style light kits with turn signals, high and low beams, as well as brake lights that illuminate when stopping. As for showing off: we do RGB underbody and under canopy lights that can be controlled via remote or phone app. Speaker rings for stereos, light bars for really lighting up the night, etc. Visit our Online Store for available products.
PERFORMANCE
Wanna go fast? We can do that! Gas or Electric, there are plenty of options to get your cart moving a bit better than your buddies. We offer simple throttle and governor adjustments on gas carts, to more advanced internal performance gains. As for electric, there’s a myriad of options. Wire upgrades, controllers, AC conversions, lithium batterie etc. The sky is the limit, and probably where your front tires will be, once were done!
UPHOLSTERY
When building a custom golf cart, the devil is in the details. Being that they’re typically completely open, your seats will play a large role in the overall style of the cart. We can re-cover your existing seats with a stock replacement or different color, repair torn seats, install custom seat covers with stitch patterns or even create an entirely new set. You choose the color, pattern, embroidery etc.
ELECTRICAL
We do plenty of electrical work in house from properly wiring in light kits, to adding voltage reducers and fuse blocks for accessories.
PAINT
With a combined 28+ years’ experience in the automotive paint & body industry (with a heavy emphasis on show quality vehicles), we take extreme pride in our paint work. Quality is of the utmost importance at Boulevard Carts. Every single stage of the process is critical to achieving a long lasting, eye popping, neck breaking finish. From prep to polish, we do it right, with high quality materials as well. There are no corners cut to achieve a mirror like finish.
