At the heart of the kit is the 48V-160Ah Bolt Energy lithium battery, paired with an integrated Bluetooth receiver and Smart SOC (state of charge) meter so you can keep an eye on battery health and remaining capacity in real time. Easily monitor your system from your dash or compatible device, helping prevent surprises on the course, campground, or around the neighborhood.

Installation is made straightforward with the included owner’s manual featuring simple installation instructions, along with 6 ring terminal connectors (3/8″), ten 10″ tie straps, mounting brackets with nuts and bolts, and Bolt Energy USA stickers for a finished, custom look. A waterproof high-speed charger is included to quickly and safely recharge your 48V lithium pack, while the AC hardwire port and DECO cover plate (universal or Club Car) provide a clean, OEM-style charging interface.

To fully support your cart’s 12-volt accessories, the kit also includes a 30-amp reducer, two 40″ 2AWG premium installation cables for a solid, low-resistance connection, and a 48V 400A solenoid for reliable power delivery. A lead battery removal strap helps you safely pull out the old batteries, and the 15 ft 12 AWG green lighted extension cord makes plugging in convenient and visible.
